GoalSense provides football statistics, analysis, rankings and informational content designed to help users research football matches and trends. We also offer interactive football features and games, including GoalSense Bingo™.

GoalSense Bingo™ is an entertainment and prediction game. It is not a betting or gambling service, and it does not involve staking money.

The information and features on GoalSense are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only.

Many GoalSense features can be used without an account. However, certain interactive features — including GoalSense Bingo™ — require a GoalSense account.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including your login details, and for activity carried out through your account.

You must not misuse accounts, impersonate others, interfere with the service or attempt to manipulate GoalSense features.

GoalSense may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary because of misuse, abuse, attempted manipulation or a breach of these Terms.

GoalSense Bingo™ is a football prediction and game feature provided for entertainment. It has no monetary value and does not involve users staking money.

Users create a Bingo card by making selections from eligible football fixtures and outcomes made available for the relevant round. Cards and selections are subject to the rules, eligibility requirements and lock deadline displayed within GoalSense Bingo.

You are responsible for completing and locking your card before the applicable deadline. Once a card is locked, selections cannot normally be changed.

Results and scores are determined using GoalSense's football-data sources and the applicable GoalSense Bingo rules.

Football data can occasionally be delayed, incomplete or subsequently corrected. GoalSense may therefore correct a Bingo result, score, leaderboard position or other game data where reasonably necessary to reflect corrected underlying data.

Bingo may include leaderboards, mini-leagues and other social or competitive functionality. Your profile/display-name information, selections, scores and rankings may therefore be visible to other users where the feature requires it.

You must not attempt to manipulate Bingo, exploit technical errors, operate accounts to unfairly affect results, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. GoalSense may invalidate affected cards or results, restrict accounts, or take other reasonable action where abuse or manipulation is identified.

GoalSense may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel a Bingo round where reasonably necessary because of fixture changes, data-provider issues, technical problems or other circumstances affecting the integrity or operation of the game.

Unless GoalSense expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion or competition, participation in GoalSense Bingo does not entitle users to any cash or other prize. If a specific prize or promotion is offered, any additional rules or eligibility conditions published for that competition will also apply.

Exact card structure, scoring, Lucky Star mechanics, eligible outcomes and other gameplay instructions are set out in the separate GoalSense Bingo Rules and how-to-play experience, not in these Terms.

GoalSense does not provide financial, investment or betting advice.

GoalSense statistics, ratings, predictions or insights, and GoalSense Bingo™, are intended as informational and entertainment tools only. They do not constitute betting, financial or investment advice.

Users remain solely responsible for any betting or financial decisions they choose to make. We make no guarantees regarding betting outcomes or profitability.

We work hard to ensure our statistics and information are as accurate and up to date as possible.

However, third-party football data can occasionally contain delays, inaccuracies, omissions, postponements or subsequent corrections. We cannot guarantee that all information displayed will always be complete, accurate or available.

These limitations can affect analytics, rankings and GoalSense Bingo™ results, and GoalSense may correct affected data where reasonably necessary.

If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly.

Never bet more than you can afford to lose and seek support if gambling stops being enjoyable.

GoalSense Bingo™ is an entertainment game and is not itself a form of gambling.

GoalSense, GoalSense Bingo™ and related names are used as brand and feature names. Nothing in these Terms should be read as a claim that any such name is a registered trademark unless GoalSense has expressly confirmed registration.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.

GoalSense may include links to third-party websites, advertisers or data providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any third-party services.

GoalSense is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee football outcomes, predictions, analytics or GoalSense Bingo™ results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoalSense accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content, including Bingo results and rankings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any consumer rights you may have that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Material changes affecting account or game functionality — including GoalSense Bingo™ — will be reflected in the updated Terms, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
